Konsept Piroteknik, with the awareness that its most important value is its human resources, considers it the company's primary goal to create a safer and healthier working environment to minimize all kinds of potential loss and to ensure continuous improvement while fulfilling its responsibilities towards society, the environment, and its employees.

Every employee of Konsept Piroteknik has the right not to start work and to stop work in an unsafe environment.

In this context;

• To ensure full compliance with the ISO 45001:2018 Occupational Health and Safety Management System Standards.
• National and international legislation and regulations are complied with in all places and areas of operation; all work carried out in this direction is considered an indicator of respect for society and employees, going beyond legal requirements.
• Safe and healthy working conditions are provided to prevent work-related injuries and ill health.
• By adopting the target of "zero occupational accidents" and "zero occupational diseases", activities are carried out to eliminate or reduce hazards, unsafe situations and actions that could lead to occupational accidents and diseases, and potential accident risks by identifying them in advance through detailed risk assessments and root cause analyses, in order to ensure the health, safety, and social welfare of employees at all levels, subcontractors, suppliers, and visitors.
• While instilling and promoting the awareness that activities related to occupational health and safety are the shared responsibility of all employees, the consultation and participation of all employees are also ensured.
• While employees are trained in the field of occupational health and safety to create and develop a good awareness of OHS, it is also ensured that subcontractors, suppliers, and visitors from whom services are procured comply with the rules established regarding occupational health and safety.
• By making continuous investments in employees, employee quality and satisfaction are kept at the highest level.
